Butter Chicken Lentil Soup Mix - 550g
Butter chicken in a soup? And it’s vegan? Sign me up.
Our butter chicken soup mix is vegan, gluten free and low sodium. Add
salt and sugar (or substitutes) for the best flavour. There is no chicken or butter (though you can add those of course, if desired) in our mix, instead a secret blend of 13 spices and herbs. Yum!
Ingredients:
Red lentils, onion, garlic, green lentils, apple, spices, parsley.
Directions:
Add 7 cups water and full contents of bag.
Bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 50-60 minutes stirring occasionally.
