Our thai lentil soup mix is vegan, gluten free and low sodium. This spicy
soup may just blow your socks off (a little). With a burst of pepper seeds bringing the
heat, it will make your taste buds dance! Just add water.
Ingredients:
Red lentils, green lentils, onion, curry, parsley, garlic, apple.
Directions:
Add 7 cups water and full contents of bag.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat, cover and simmer for 50-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
